Minimize $Z = x_1 - 3x_2 + 2x_3$

subject to following constraints

$3x_1-x_2+2x_3\leq7 \\ -2x_1+4x_2 \leq 12 \\ -4x_1 + 3x_2 + 8 x_3 \leq 0 \\ and x_1, x_2, x_3 \geq 0$

Adding slack variables, we get the Simplex table as follows:

Hence, optimal solution is:

$z = -11$ at $x_1=4, x_2=5, x_3=0$
